This says about the job security here.. * Best appraisal and no pay cuts during this recession time where many companies stop giving appraisal and even do salary cuts of their employees.. This says about the salary & remuneration that Mindfire gives to its employees and thats the reason we mindfire employees give our best to contribute in the growth of such an awesome company... * No micro management. Every thing is pretty straightforward and transparent here.. * Want to learn new things and tools . Everyone here will encourage you including your own manager and you will be given proper amount of time to prepare without any kind of hurry or pressure so that you learn , enjoy & explore the tool you are learning.. * Good support from managers who understand their team and employees and support them in every aspect.. * No headaches for taking leaves.Everything is easy & properly streamlined for leaves & holidays..You wont be asked hundred questions or reasons unnecessarily like they do in many other companies...
