The teammates are very helpful, and the company treats its employees well. However, the project itself is not good.

Dislikes

The work is very strict, and you need to book 8 hours in your work ticket with full details. The manager will review your work on a daily basis, which can feel like micromanagement in many cases. The working environment can be pressurized

Suggestion to improve knowledge
Hi All, I am a technical test engineer in mid level startup. I have total 5-6 years exp. I have package of 16 LPA including VP 1.5 lakhs. Currently I know Selenium Java and Ranorex based on C#, now I am trying to switch the company and planning to ask 23 - 25 lakhs using counter offer. Yes this package need more skill. Basically I am little out of circle in coding area because of recent projects. Please suggest me the topics and areas I can improve which makes my profile highlight in list.
