Low Salary, misogynistic management combined with creeps. They will hire a law graduate and make her do data entry or any work that can be outsourced. Felt like burning my degree after joining here.

This is the worst possible place to work in. Minimal salary, zero perks, micro management at its peak. Since corona no bonuses and appraisals. At the time of appraisals they fire you and that's their practice. Please do not work for people like this who has zero appreciation for their employees. Also don't expect any growth working in this company.

After working for almost 2 years in Mindcrest, I've learned how have I become so discouraged and dull, thanks to negative environment in Mindcrest. They keep taking work from you until the time of bonus and appraisals, they don't step back to fire you when there's a time to reward bonus or increment.

...ressure they put on employees. In this pandamic they make us work like 10 hours. They didn't pay single penny for extra hours we put for work. 2019's bonus and increment were not given. If there is power cut or network issue they deduct half day leave or make us to bill that much of time on that day. They force us or pressurise us for 4-5 hours compensation of time for the things which are not in our hand.

No professional or financial growth. No scope for learning. It like ruining your important years of life for few bucks. Nothing to learn new. Only pressure and working for 10 hours. Can not break according to your convenience.they force us to take leave according to their wish. Leave are very less. We can't take our vacation leaves as per our requirements. They just force to do everything. No appreciation for work. In the name reward and recognition they give 300 rs voucher. No facility for employees. Small balcony is pantry or canteen for them. No place to relax. Constantly sit on place. There is no single facility for employees

Starting package being comparatively better than other LPOs'

No personal or professional growth in the law field...work culture really bad. Not clearly do they have a corporate culture infact treat one like a strict school.
