They will pay you even if you on bench for 3-4 months. Just if you want to boost your overall package u can join them for 1yr or so

1- They pay you less 2- Retention amount from 50k to 1lakh depending on salary 3- It's been over 45days my after leaving the organisation still don't have update on my FNF. 4- Join only if u don't have other options. 5- They tell you will get developer role but all the clients they are working with have support job and you are expected to work more compared to what u r getting paid

... case different programming language] which are mostly 24/7 plus all shifts.. If you dont select that you will be kept on bench affecting you salary.. I thought this happened only for me but I checked multiple people in the organization.. Seems everyone had same experience.. As they have left job they didn't had choice than to select any project assigned. Also for interns they promise one programming language and give different projects.. with a bond of 3 years..

It is very good company for freshers and experience, having multiple Indian client like finance, banking and health insurance. I have been working here form 4 years and learnt a lot of soft skills while working in client places and they were encourage people by giving quarterly, half yearly and yearly awards and I have achieved those 2 times.

Compensation is decent, but some times work pressure is very high in client places.

Worst company to join, they know each and every tactics to exploit employees and make them to work for company , fresher are joined and make them to sign contract for 2 years and state in contract of training which they never provide , HR are under PM , so no use of complaint to any one ,

Work life balance , no proper compensation and worst support by PM , employees are just for work , no holiday , even AVP are sending mail to PM to avoid giving holidays to any employee working on client side ,

5 person work done by one person in this company they not hire more resource for project. Long working of 10 hours. Seniors don't behave good and don't know how to talk in good manner. Saturday is also working here.
