Work culture is great, they provide good salary packages, all the department is very cooperative. Work life balance is great . It is the most professional healthcare organisation.

Consultants are good. You get to know about patient counselling, withdrawal management etc.

...ose after joining, even if they form the major part of your role in the company. Later on, they will not even negotiate with the salary accordingly. No incentives are provided for pick ups. Not even meal allowance.

At mind plus retreat hospital - work environment as well as teammates are superb , satisfied salary , I love the fact that I am a part of this hospital , so my all over experience is excellent .

I have so much good experience with this hospital but I have little bit bad experience like sometime work pressure is high .
