Excellent mentor who is always glad to help in any situation. It is a great opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the sector while also improving their abilities and skills. People are incredibly pleasant, helpful and supportive, which makes for a great working environment. Management is really nice, and training sessions are held on a regular basis so you can figure out where you're falling short and where you need to focus more for self-improvement.

This is the place where one can enhances their career. To talk about management, it is awesome. The best thing is they understands the employees need and they give respect to their words and opinion. Work culture is lenient, there is no strict timings, but one has ensure that their work scheduled for the day has been finished and completed 9hrs of work per day. Regular team meetings held to share employees opinion. This encourages employees to feel like their own company. There is no partiality concepts in Minaatral. Appreciation is always there for every work. This makes employees to do more work and upgrade their knowledge to reach the heights. There is no bond here. This is the biggest advantage. They offer food & accomodation. Minaatral offers employees paid courses to learn freely that is related to the job. They have a nice pantry with oven and induction stove, we cook light breakfasts, make tea/ coffee by ourselves. One can enjoy learning and working here. It is safest and best core company for ladies.

Dislikes

The only dislikes I personally feel is working 9hrs on saturdays. They can make it as 6 hrs on all Saturdays or give leave on 2nd and 4th Saturday
