Very bad environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and management is not transparent. There is a huge communication gap. In this covid situation they didn't even provide any sanitizer and mask to the employees.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No salary as per education and no growth.

...e animals.. And they don't give increments... I want to share my experience... They have hired tranies in a salary bracket of 6-8k.. But after 6 months when the time of conformation came.. They again given them a designation of tranies so that there should be no increment In the salary.. I left the company and now I am very happy and satisfied with my new company that is INTRAGLOBE.. :) 😊

As I have mentioned above.. Worst place to work... No security of female staff... And 200% politics.... The seniors themselves are involved in politics .

Staff playing politics and higher staff also are same and company vp is not listening any thing what manger is telling he is listen that he/she not listening any one full company spoiled by them

I like to work with company so much. They are providing excellent opportunity to build personality. I enjoyed a lot.

Need to improve some fields like time to time increment. Provide opportunities for upliftment. So I can do best for the company.
