The compensation is not matching with Industry Standards. The Organisation is orthodox in its approach. Therefore one is to decide for the short term perspective, & for the long term perspective, the organisation is not at all suitable.

The work hours are not fixed. If you can work 13-14 hours daily, then this company is for you. Growth is slow and there is some prejudice among the senior staffs.
