I enjoy working in military hospital because I hve great team mates who are skilled with great clinical abilities and are enthusiastic about their work. I have learnt a lot and i’m Still learning in my work place here .

Dislikes

The salary I earn here is poor compared to what is being earned as a medical officer in other parts of the world.

Likes

I like my disciplined life. Time table of working, call duties, ethics of working, excellent ehical behavior with ptient, satisfaction in patient's satisfation, Enjoy to lead my collegues, Make them happy, left working place only completion of day to day routine work, like to perform administrative duties, patient care, prime motto sarve santu niramaya & my own honesty, loylity, compassion, sympathetic & empathetic with soft skills with patients. we are if patients are there. There I am fully devoted towards the patients.

Dislikes

I dislike who ignore the patients, not satisfied the patient, non ethical healthcare worker, non liability & lack of attention on our main stake hoders of the hospital.

I am work in indian Army Medical Corps since 30 Oct 1991, I work in Emergency trauma care , medical,Surgical care,and hospital menegment duty

You can feel that you are doing something for your country .job security is good but i was short service commissioned officer so i have a contract of 5 and 10yrs.so i left after 10years. There I managed many cases as a team.there are strict rules and regulations.so everything is having some protocol and you have to follow that.I got free accomodation and other facilities also.

Dislikes

There is nothing much that i dislike.Yes working hours are long comparison to other civil hospitals.
