...y . If the exit is planned by employee then it makes sense to wait for 45 days . However it's company initiated they shud pay on time . Because it's company who removed they shud pay and remove instead delays

The only thing that is good about this company is that salary comes to your account.

Dislikes

I don't know where to start, - Salary always delayed. - Next level toxicity - Your professionalism won't work here you have be third class like everybody else then only you will be treated well - The top officials of the company will play any type of game to bring you down. They feel very threatened if someone better than them come to the company. - The work here is not done according to the requirements but according to the mood of your manager. Trust me you don't want to be here

Worst company ever

Dislikes

Management does not support you .even after 3-4 months of email for harrasment of girls from the same employee who is getting into physical fights with girls and other employees and yet no action was taken my management on a employee. So there is a safety concern as well as management is supporting this kind-off behaviour. Not the safe place to work.
