There are weekly trainings are scheduled for every department of the establishment.there are many cultural programs are followed in the company and due to friendly climate all employees and seniors and head seniors also participate in it . My company Providing provisional funds as well as with salary , that is the work life balance. Work environment is very good. all the employees are working together and in decipline.

Dislikes

As per my experience there is nothing to dislike , sometimes there is workload while the company audits but no anything to dislike because even in audit period Not only employee but also the officers and head seniors are work together.

Worst HR policies. Management said that Drugs free company like others,but inside the plant GM Eating Tobacco in the workplace area.. Almost 50% people are eating tobacco inside the plant. Even Bus drivers are talking like don't in front of Employees

They make u feel welcomed but pressurize you to work . Unprofessional work environment and attitude

No work life balance, office politics, open door policy so anyone can go gossip and management appreciates all this un professional behaviour

I don't like the working culture of this company because we have work hare and I seen that untrained person also working hare without training and QA Qc and production both are involve and work with the packing department evry last month.

There is a lot to learn at the start especially when you are a fresher and understanding new things. There are a bunch of good people to share the knowledge and to learn with.

Dislikes

Toxic culture with 0 work life balance. Unsafe for women due to some selected people at higher positions and lots of negativity. Partial environment altogether.
