Politics, no punctual shift time, one in a month you can leave o time, and that too without getting extra paid , low salary pay scale , the people who were kept on hold due to lockdown were not given a official letter tht ou have been kept on hold or later even removed due to covid ... Even after emailing to HR and keeping the owner in cc they don't reply ..

Likes

It was a good experience. I have learned a lot and have grown a lot in Milaaya . Gayatri was always helpful and understanding. We had a lot of freedom for decision making . If we need to grow and learn it’s a good place to work .

It was hectic and had to wait late many times

The staff in every department is super skilled. people are very cooperative. boss (Gayatri khanna ) is very friendly and helpful always. beginners will learn a lot and gain very good experience. The company makes fantastic products of hi fashion ( hand embroidery + machine embroidery ). they have very good European clients of hi fashion market. i am very glad that i worked in that company and have gained a good experience. all thanks to Gayatri Madam.
