...hey at anytime told that send your resignation letter. This is very bad culture. If they want I will join but on agreement of sales growth and my salary growth in written. But company product is very very nice. Specially wound dressing and gel base hand disinfectant.

Management not patience for grow business. They at any time told that send your resignation letter. This is very bad.

Friendly atmosphere. Small start up set up but some people were trying to contribute but not all .

Because of small organisation , there was always lot of interference, sudden changes in strategies, some love birds we’re enjoying life , all these from MD’s office .

One if the best companies in India where we can excel our knowledge and develop our skills. I strongly recommend MIL LABORATORIES.

It is a small , average organisation . Nothing great.

It was my post retirement assingment . Mr . Girish Desai MD was the Director for Internationl Marketing with SUN Pharma. I was with SUN as NSM. So I tried to help and contribute to the Mil Lab. Too much intervesion on day to day activities , leading lots of cofusions amongst the Managers .As a start up company it was not expected from a MD !!! Frequent canges of plans was also a great difficulties to maintain the Focus.
