There was nothing good in this Company. Salary is delayed by ATLEAST 2 months. They have no policy for INcrement and Leaves. One women army they have. from Peon to VP all reporting goes to her only. There is no hierarchy. Even a PAN SHOP would be more Organised than this Company. I have left this Company and it's been more than 1.5 years they haven't settled the F&F. Even in the case of unemployment, pl. don't join this company. IT will cost your peace and harmony.

...es were good but not the management. No bonus was there for executive employees. Salary hike was very less

The management was not cooperative with the executive employees. Increment was very less and career growth was too slow. Political influence was also there.

Worst company in my entire career… neither they do monthly salary on time nor they pf money… but it’s a great place for learning purpose only… apart from that it worst… so I never recommend to anyone to join this company

There was a time when the company ranking was under top 10. I wish a new stakeholder and the management will bring the position back. There is nothing good to describe.

Company is running without any VISION, company has no MISSION STATEMENT. So, if you are seeking your great career ahead then stay away as adding name of this company will not put any star in your CV. The moody and swing management will not make you relaxed working here. They keep changing their statement, they will split within 24 hrs what they committed. Always in search of low cost labor, thinking the cost of hiring low salaried person will improve their EBITDA. Controlling cost means you will start suffocation and want to stay out soon..and as said your CV will not get any hit from another employer.
