It has been 1.3 years since i have joined here. The only good part is limited time duty (whole Bahrain has 8 hours and here it id 8.30 hours).

Dislikes

Work environment, too much politics (ends up in poor team work), poor or no growth in field (feels i am losing my skills), no job security (anyone can be terminated anytime), salary is 2/3rd of average pay scale of same position at other places.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
