The work culture is excellent, and all my team members and seniors are supportive. Because of this, I have learned a lot in HR. I have gained practical experience in various HR functions, such as recruitment, payroll management.The collaborative environment has also helped me develop strong communication and teamwork skills. Overall, my time here has been incredibly valuable for my professional growth.

I worked here for 9 years even during the lockdown of 3 months I worked so hard for the company and having extra work and pressure to deliver on time with this keeping in mind Midday Infomedia laid off 50 contractors without any notice on the day of work under retrenchment policy. Shame on such company where they can't take care of their employees under crisis. No work culture and no management.

Everything. They have no good policies neither good HR or management. They laid off 50 employees on the day of work where those 50 employees worked so hard during the lockdown. Work life balance is for only employyes who have had worked for more than 15 years. Management is so poor that they don't allow people to have good life. Work environment is toxic. Salary management is so poor.
