Only old guys are trustable. They will insult you every time in front of everyone. You will be threatened that you might lose your job. If you do the right thing, nothing will happen..if you make even one mistake, then understand how much they will humiliate you.

Not good for new comer. Appraisal are not transparent. Hikes are not sure that some one will get yearly. Other perks are intact but not fixed at any time it can be changed. Management not transparent at all.

Working time is not fixed for middle and upper lavel employees.

It is a good company for learning specialy in Design & Development Department. There are many learning apportunities like software, training etc in Design Department. There are multiple types of components which are very useful for a learner.

There is very bed politics. No value of telent and Employs feels a pressure like bonded Labor. One things is very bed there, Employees can't go to Home timely after his duty they have to work after duty hours.

It is good manufacturing company of forgings. There are many learning equipment and machinery which will be helf to grow our skills. Specifically in design & Development there are many learning opportunities.
