Partiality its on peak, no value of employees, management is poor and take decisions according to their comfort. Some employees are working from home who lives 60km and some are called to office who lives 800km

Dont join this company. "BIG NO" Management is very poor. They dont have value of their employees. Anytime you will get fired. You can not ask anything to any management level person, if you do so you will get fired. They dont accept any feedback. They have their own monopoly. Partiality, favouritism is very big problem here. If you are in good books of manager then you will get all benefits. No matter how much you work for them, if you are not in good books you will get fired.
