Low salary, no work life balance, managers try to squeeze every penny out of you, asking you to take up multiple projects, extra work like handling initiatives all in addition to working 12hours for your project.

Specially IST Management is worst , pathetic and people are un aware of process and work ethics. They prefers favouring and all decisions are biased. Being a vendor employees it makes it worst. They don't treat this role respectfully and treats you so bad .They have a term known as FTE and vendors and they call you by that . It's so ugly to be a part of it .

Don't join Microsoft global delivery. Don't mistake it for Microsoft IDC(Indian development center). Global delivery is a service based entity of Microsoft. You are not going to work on any products. The TDM's lack effectiveness and professionality Unfair appraisal system No Job security No job satisfaction. Often works on trivial things which doesn't add any value to professional growth. No learning in the work that you do
