- Terrible Micro Management at top level. Whole decision making is controlled by a single individual who likes to oversee everything personally. This doesn't affect Mid-Low Level Employees. - Lack of investment in Office Hardware and amenities. It'll take years for much needed upgrades to happen. Completely stingy when it comes to spending money on resources and upgrades. - Reluctance to use high quality paid software and instead relying on cheaper alternatives. - No real plan to grow the company further. - Appraisal Process take a lot of time and the hikes are average or less than average. - Career will stagnate after a few years. Lack of interest in adopting latest industry practices and trends. - Ideal company for beginners. But not an ideal place long term.
