Who was the boss of our authorized service center. He used to pay salary very late so when we had to leave

It's a mass brand. And highly appreciated by the low end customers.

Package is satisfactory but no chance for growth.No learning, skill development...mentorship. organization do not focus on the employee development.

They will hold Salary & Expenses with the reason Financial Condition is not Good. They will ask you to Quit by Saying Organization have Changed his Plan and will not do business in that Segment They will not pay Notice Period Salary

Work life balance is good , as my experience my seniors always help me when I need support in my professional as well as personal life

Dislikes

There is some coordination problem between different departments and teams, also they didn't pay much attention in employees training and knowledge upgradation

Earlier things were good, but from last few years there lost lots of firing, salary cut during covid but that also not refunded to employees after unblock. So overall last 4 years trusted company alot but they never fullfill their commitment.

Dislikes

Worst management, poor HR and policies. If you are relative of any of the owner of HOD then only you can enjoy working.
