Salary will credit by splitting and date will be mid of month like every month 12th or 15th always inconsistent. experience letter is useless here no other companies will accept the letter from Micrologic.

I have recently joined here, Worst HR System, they are really worst even if candidates are joining by submitting fake documents. they do not verify whether documents are genuine or not. I understand from one of my friend that there are many such candidates who join this company by submitting fake educational certificate, fake experience letter, fake relieving letter, even if any employee reports to HR Team, they wont take any action, because of which Organization wont get any talented candidates, only dumb candidates will join, it is really shocking to know this kind of HR System. There is no proper policy in place, I have joined this organization by mistake.

Few employees are given police complaints against this worst company. Employees and Clients knows very well about this worst company. They don't support the employees for Background verification of new company. They don't even allow you to go from the company they will make to lose the best opportunity of new companies for the employees. Don't join this company. Career sucks.
