...t, no hike, no more projects so much insecurity, No hikes. No WORK LIFE BALANCE. No pay scale, yes you can get enough to survive with your basis needs.

Compensation is very low. Every thing is depend upon client location. Don't do for client location and it's worst I'm working in hmcl project 4.8 yrs but no career growth.Client and reporting manager is very worst. Please dont go for chittoor plant hmcl project. Microland don't care about employees and always important to clients. Extra compensation and cuttings in ctc. No one care about the work .Client side work is very worst Hero Motocorp Ltd. Every thing is depend upon client side manager. He is all rounder for to rule the IT employees and need to depend always even leaves and work time and leaves also.

One good thing is they pay salary on time. Friends are understanding and helpful at times of need.

...need. Lot of politics invovled. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Salary structure is bad. Company transport is not good. Lots of hours of work involved but no appriciation for the efforts put and encouragement or motivation. But mistakes made are pointed very frequently. Transport is not free, be it for men or women. Company provided food is unhealthy most of the time and food is not free for any programme. HR department not so good, issues will not be resolved most of the time. Work environment is not so good. Not so helpful during this corona pandemic times. They just care about getting work done, any means necessary.

...e good projects and clients. You will be having ample of time to do your tasks. Microland is only responsible for Salary. Rest of the things we need to do with client.

Dislikes

Bad Timesheet policy. If you miss to fill up the timesheet, they will deduct all your leaves and cut alot of salary also depending on the number of days you missed to fill up the timesheet.
