I like wasasa Microfinance Institution because of they have career growth and salary appraisal depending on performance of employees. And have travel service.

I dislike wasasa Microfinance cannot provide training and Education opportunities.

Likes

The sector gave me opportunity to bring smiles on the faces of deprived women who are in dire need of money to expand their livelihood. The sector not only helps the women in availing loans but helps them by educating through financial literacy, they tend to save money and invest it wisely. At the end of the day this job gave recognition in the community as their mentor and I feel proud when people express their gratitude for bringing change in their lives.

Dislikes

Many people see this sector as petty money lenders, and think that there are huge profits in the sector. This compels people to start micro finance without really understanding the essence of it. This situation is resulting in mushrooming micro finance organisations and developing unhealthy competition. In some cases the women who fail to repay are exploited in all sorts.
