This company for a fresher they will providing good salary and job security and once experience in this company they will not provide any kind of increment and based on performance salary increment

Bootlickers would get better opportunities. Salary or appraisals are poor. No quick response from the Management. Your perks could be taken off easily with their day to day changing game rules.

It is good for fresher. I was in a cisco project and the management was terrible. Pay was less and no carrier growth.

Management is worst. Pay is very less and on top of that you won't get any support or help from your managers.

the salary structure, no much growth, they don't recognize hard-work. no appreciation. so good hikes in salary.
