Unbalance Salary Structure (Novice/Inexperienced get paid higher than the Experienced/Senior employees) Very little Bonus. No Promotion, Less Increment, No Overtime. 9. Leave - 14 Calender Leave, (only 10 Leave allowed in the 1st Year) 24 Leave allowed after completing 1 Year. 10. Unstable Condition, Funding Issue.. 11. No Extra Benefit. No Tea/Coffee is served or allowed, No Celebration inside or outside. LATE CONTINUATION (for months & years) & full day SALARY DEDUCTION is there.. 12. All 5 or 4 star people are support engineer, work from outside, so they doesn't face the regular challenges.

Though this was my first IT company. I am working here from last 4 years, since 2018.The seniors are really really great. I learned a lot of skills from them. During the lockdown period the company didn't cutoff salaries. If you are a fresher, then you can learn a lot of things from here. The organization has a homely atmosphere. They provide support reputed clients like Berger Paints, Hindalco, L&T, Techno group, Kredent etc. Provide proper leaves to there employees (obviously it's depend upon the clients)

Yearly hike is quite low.
