Similar reason had every company's . Main thing is salary and promotion these are only reason people leaves company almost.

The way they treat employees. They listen to their employee problem and tries to take action to extent that is possible for them

The compensation they provide are not aggressive. Sometimes they miss out to see that a senior employee is getting less then someone who knows less but gets a higher compensation.

Company culture is not good Always in downcycle, Pay cuts are becoming norm. Caters to low cost markets No cutting edge products Misses on industry trends (like AI) More focus on cutting costs rather than increasing revenue No WFH policy (HR tracks this) Salaries are on lower side compared to industry Poor hikes and promotion Most of the employees come here for retirement and chill life

-Time management is poor - My manager is highly un professional -lots of meetings which is not adding any value - No apraisal on time -Micromanagement in my team although im working more than 12 hours a day. -meeting start 7:00 pm and it went till 11pm daily -There is no work life balance -Inshort not a good experience

If they want to fire employee then they will show small shit reason and they will fire the employee. For outside world they will show that they didn't fire any employee but inside firing happen in this manner.
