Nothing to be liked about this company. They fire people within 1.5 months of working and won't give salary to people. Neither they give fnf to people.

...ood, they are using name of some other company E Tech and nothing is real there. Hr head Jimmy is took my money and not giving me back, he deduced my salary with no reason and also they don't pick up call when I want to talk about my fnf, the HR there Hiral and Nikita both are very immature girls they don't know how to talk to employees and neither they know how to behave with people. Manager harsh patel, palkesh also don't know how to behave within the organisation.

The diversity, people and culture of the company is nice. Also you can put up your words to your manager or to the director directly. They understand and allow you leaves if your reason is valid.

No security of your job. No insurance provided. No personal development, no learning sessions provided from their end.

Micro Orbit Is an extremely fast growing company and a wonderful place to work! The CEO truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity and leads by example. The culture at the Micro Orbit is the best I have ever worked for and everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to day dedicate to helping you if needed.

There is nothing great about this company. It's just they show good cover of the book but the inner truth reveals once you start reading it.

Worst Management, Poor Team Handling, Burhaan (The Mentor) he needs to first develope himself and his brain. Very childish behavior.

Everything from the work culture, to office timings, micromanagement, spying through software, hard rules about in and out punches. toilet and lunch breaks are counted as a wastage of time. They can throw you out without any intimation.
