Salary and Allowances are very low as compared to others companies or i can say below industry standards. Skill development and learning is not up to the mark.

Bad company not having any employee grievance handling management micro labs not giving salary hike micro labs is business minded company & harassing the employees very much.

They are not providing cab/travelling facility in shifts, so you have to use public transport or own vehicle, There is only temperature checking facility, other shifts they wont check also, I don't thik that much sufficient for safety.

Facility it won't get, inside politics will affect, Less place more people, salary growth it won't get what you expect, positional growth not good. 6 day working and Sunday working also they are planning. In case of emergency lockdown they wont provide salary, if you have leaves then you have to apply.

No personal growth, until you get Godfather at VP level. Don't choose your production carrier at microlabs. No good increment, No promotion upto 15 years for all production people, but QC persons get back to back promotions and good increment No leaves. Increment we can't get at July, we should wait upto december.the they will give with 5months arriers. My units have 3 VPs within their ego's all working peoples getting suffer.totally waste of Microlabs life.
