For Fresher its good to join. Minimum Compensation. Good to learn Accounting part with MIS.

I worked in MIS but worked as Account part Balance Sheet and P& L account. Very frestrating to handle Accounting part because my profile is related to Excel and SQL but you file Account Department Returns also handle audit.

MHFC is growing in its affordable housing finance. Team members are giving you a best training on Feild with them for at least two month. Career growth is so good as best learning opportunities on field Job. Min_10% appraisal based on your performance. Travelling depend on your location and mostly Feild work.

Dislikes

Company does not give any Incentive based on your performance. Sometime you have so much work and some time not. And based on your work and performance they are not giving incentive. Wiz
