Likes

Very limited staff no plan of incentives or appreciation for hard work in sales team. Daily in time is fixed but leaving time depends on their mood and convenience. Not recommended for Freshers horrible

Dislikes

Close monitoring No freedom for work flexibility and traveling Expense paid very less and late as per current market survey And the worst daily at the end of the day work report preparation and discussion in spite of being in touch with the manager for particular task
