There are only few leaders who are really good, and motivated towards employees development, and display empathy, and working towards the company's collective growth.

Dislikes

My experience was sour, particularly because of a specific leader. I feel in general leadership should not only be focused on numbers but also value and respect the other individual, acknowledge that fair resources, clarity and transparency is maintained. Unbiased approach towards external and internal stakeholders should be followed.

Nothing great to work at Michael Page India. Long work hours, ghosting candidates and arrogant colleagues. The company is not conducive for growth.

Dislikes

Its a hypocrite organisation to work for. Though the company is trying to build a positive image online by purchasing online reviews. Let's see how far can they go pumping in money for positive reviews

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
