I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

The global setup and its culture is good but not replicated locally

Dislikes

Not that professional and conscious about customer quality , development etc like their global plants , favourism is there with your growth depending on how your image is with top guy .

MIBA is family owned business from Austria-Europe(automotive company) 1)Job security is good, you can have very good work life balance. 2)Company policies for WFH is not that much flexible & you need to visit the Pune Office (Baner-Pashan Link road) is not that much reachable via Public Transport. 3)They adopted Agile methodology & management ready to discuss & hear what you want to say, but discussion & implementation are different parts. 4)Salary/Appraisal is Good. 5)You might get an international travel.

Its about IT work --1) NO Skill development, if you wanted to at least learn on something new you are not allowed(reasons like daily work hampered, :) ) 2)Please get the clarity of your role & responsibility on paper before you join.. 3) only some people will get new skill & knowledge
