my overall experience very poor , there is no training , job security , carrier growth,salary appraisal,travel policy, learning work environment innovation and work-life balance . employee turnover in the company is very high and it is a total typically lala chhap company.

I have been worked there for 2 years continuously. I faced work challenges many time but got good support by Mr.Akshat. This organisation is known for quality and systems. I can say that this company is on top for quality in india. I have been worked with various of companies but learnt maximum things about quality because there run various types of fabric. There is most important things that owners are fully dedicated.

Company need more experienced and dynamic people for ultimate growth. Training of fresher is not up to the mark.

Working in Dhaka + Bangalore office of the company. Company systems are modern and got lot of opportunities to learn. Was facing customer directly and experience was nice. Management got involved wherever required and got full support.

Dislikes

Got work calls on Fridays even though it was weekly off in Bangladesh as production unit in India was working on Fridays.
