All administrative works including Photoshop & DTP, organizing events meeting, tour to district sometimes etc., we worked together like a team, full cooperative staffs, training is too good for growth of non-literates, salary obviously depending on finance committee, appraisal report is good, it's totally teaching learning sector so our work already related, working environment is too good to work, it's innovative scheme for every illiterate person, they could rise from every side, it's my really unique experience because at the same time training and administrative section I managed, thanks you.
