Nothing...You can chill no workforce is there because here the boss is Lala, and you don't have any specific job to do if Lala gives you some task just do it and chill yourself.

...hout any notice period, you will be fired at any time if Lala dislikes you. • You will get the same salary for the whole life. • Lala will always call you to his chamber just to gossip. And ask you to do some unrelated job. • There is no value for any designation. Sometimes an HR should do the floor supervisor's work and an accountant should do HR's work. i.e. what Lala wants to do he will do. • It's not a dealer it's a family garage.

Everything about this firm is pathetic. This is like a dictator firm where the old man makes all the decisions and deduct salary of anyone who breaks *HIS* rules of waking and reaching office early morning at 5 and getting back at 10pm . According to him whoever follows this needs an promotion and increement irrespective of his productivity. Working as an HR for such a pathetic firm made me sick. I couldnt tolerate that

Terrible experience in MGT motors. There is no professionalism, no SOP, no legal compliance, no job security and no life. There is not a single part to like in MGT except some staff behavior.

If there is 100 elements require to bulid a company. All of that 100 are absent in MGT motors. Notorious management, threat to the people life, illiterate owners rigid decision Suggestion to job seeker you better do cultivation istead of doing slavery in such type of organisation.

ALL has been written earlier by all depts HR, Floor, GM etc. Worst part i like is that they are TATA dealers and below their nose they have such awkward dealer. I have seen how the TML CSMs were licking feet of that LALA and happy with their day to day orders. Rest, they just close their eyes, even employees such as GMs, ASMs were scolded in front of them. Job security is awful.The company didn't even provided an appointment letter, poor work culture and there's nothing like company policy. It's only the boss policy that works there!

Very extremely poor work culture with only the boss as the supreme authority ..no company policy or anything works there..
