I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service manager Bhavneet Khattar at [MGS Services] Below are the main issues I faced: 1. Poor Communication: The service manager was often unresponsive to calls and emails, which delayed the resolution of issues. When they did respond, the communication was unclear, and I had to follow up multiple times to get simple answers. 2. Lack of Professionalism: On several occasions, the manager was unprofessional in their demeanor. Rather than addressing my concerns, they seemed dismissive and unwilling to listen. This led to a frustrating experience when trying to resolve important service-related issues. 3. Unreliable Service: The manager did not follow through on promises made. Deadlines were missed repeatedly, and there was a general lack of accountability. This left me with unresolved problems for much longer than necessary. 4. Poor Problem-Solving: The service manager showed little initiative in resolving issues. Instead of offering solutions, they shifted blame or simply stated that nothing could be done. This lack of responsibility reflects poorly on the company and made the experience even worse. 5. Disrespectful Behavior: At times, the service manager’s attitude came across as condescending and dismissive, making interactions uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should be about helping, but instead, I felt like an inconvenience. Conclusion: I strongly advise anyone dealing with this company to avoid working with this particular service manager. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreliable service make it clear that they are not suited for a role that requires effective customer management.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
