Only the campus and the atmosphere looks good.

Dislikes

My work experience at MGM Was terrible. My problems were left unsolved And my salary was credited after months. I was overwhelmed with an excessive amount of workload, Doing tasks outside my job role, An holidays were non-existent.

Nothing, I like in fact we all employees

Dislikes

1. Salary 2. Parking Charges (no free parking) 3. No promotion 4. No good environment to work 5. Egoistic Leadership 6. Ineligible People holding key positions therefore, decision-making is highly poor 7. Demotivating work culture 8. No Cafeteria 9. Fewer government holidays 10. Attrition is high 11. No respect 12. Poor policies in fact no Policies for employees 13. No work-life balance 14. Discrimination is done at all the levels 15. Profit-centric, therefore, teachers face many problems 16. Nepotism 17. Exploitation in terms of everything

Campus is very beautiful Opportunity to take your own decision in terms of Curriculum planning Opportunity to get the position at least on paper which will help to build your Resume. Now they have started to work on teachers development ( FDP program)

Dislikes

Too much work pressure, no time for personal growth & development & also family. Very less manpower They expect multi task ( Person has to do everything from peon to HOD ) Lack of Infrastructure facility - allotment process is very lengthy & complicated. System is yet to be set , though it is a university but they are running it as a Individual Institution

Good infrastructure. Very nicely designed syllabus. Many extracurricular activities, functions , programs take place. Colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike except for the fact that sometimes you pay is delayed because of the long process. (for visiting faculty)
