I like the environment and culture but employees should be treated little more better especially when come to seniority and appraisals

There is a lot of politics and doesn't address our issues. Salary and career growth is very slow and unfair. New joiners are treated well than seniors. All process goes for formalities.

Micromanagement and the L&D team and HR need to work on culture of r the organisation . There is no belonging towards the organisation . Trust is missing .

so much HR/Admin drama going on and the big wigs don't seem to ever be around when it happens. The housekeeping supervisor is a total disaster who only wants to see your private photos. the maintenance man who is 48 is messing around with women in his OFFICE admin doesn't even care.
