...mentality of people handling & working under him , almost considered as dogs . Does not bother to give decent salary, does politics almost every day making working environment worst. Join mfx but not under him ! Quess head should take sevear actions on this !

Work life balance was achieved by WFH due to COVID, nothing else was great to mention about this organization.

I was working as a network engineer Location would be CP (HT media). There was two head which name was Abhijeet bhagwat & Praveen k both are very selfish. Without any discussion change HR policy force there staff after drop paper not agree to release. If you try to connect to HR they don't know anything. Not taken any decision staff protective. If you plan to join be carefully. Its a third greed compony. HR has cut forcefully my 60 thousand. They told to us If you create any issues we will never provided you experience letter. We had release with help to HT top management.

One big plus is no micro management, managers reaches you only when and where needed (depends on the project), hope it will be a good company for freshers, lots of training and developement activities carried out throughout the year
