Company took care of full salary payment in this pandemic situation. Another benefit given by the company i.e health insurance for me and my family. No pressure given to join fieldwork. Overall benefits were given that is good.

If you want a fast career growth then it is not the right place. Compensations and payments are less than other companies. As it is a target base job, pressure is a little bit high if you do not achieve target.

In Meyer family all teammates are great and supportive and told regarding job that cool and helping environment and all teammates have good in innovation thing to do in fields and company supports them.
