...of needs of employees. They understand every problem. It's been covid going on . So most of the companies are reducing the salary or firing the employees. But we are getting full salary on time and we are taking online classes and proper time table have been maintained.

There is nothing like dislike . Every thing is good.

The Faculty members have not been paid salary from January to date 2020. The Chairman is of dubious mentality and not honest for the University. Only intention is minting money. The Registrar and Vice - chancellor of this University is not qualified as per the UGC Norm. Very poor Teaching Faculty.

Dislikes

No proper salary is being paid to the Faculty Members. Most of the teaching faculty are not possessing minimum eligibility as per UGC. Good Faculty does not stay for long time due to the unlawful working conditions of the University. No extra curricular or Sports Activities are being available in the University. Single person take decision I.e., only Chair Person like baniya. Hire and fire policy.

One has ample of resources and can use things in an unlimited way too.The kids are all non serious and nobody wants to do anything,So one can be challenged at times to be motivated and do anything but immense options if one can manage to do something

Its like asking a buffalo to do a western dance here.Very difficult to work without salary or any kind of incentives.

Fraud University in terms of Skill development division's salary was not paid, Even mine of 9 months. In court notice, denied to accept the employee even. Such a cheap management as well Director, M.L Gupta not responding on mails & Calls.

The working Environment is excellent. The Chancellor Dr Ashok Kumar Gadiya is a very kind person and his vision and knowledge towards education is excellent. My experience of Mewar University is nice, I explore my knowledge there. Management is good some times there are some differences but it is natural. Overall good.

Mewar University is a Organization not a individual property. some persons are getting blur the Chancellor vision.
