They even did not pay my salary of 2 months & there are 8-10 dr I know whom he did not pay salaries. Mewar shut down their branch without any notice to doctors at my centre ,they even did not pay nursing staff’s salary.

Poor management . No respect for doctors. Too much authority to non medico, corporate and agents. Poor quality staff.

Treat doctors with respect. Don't treat hospital as a factory and doctor as a labourer. Keep no medico people out of management.

From top to bottom everybody speaks lies, I think thats the culture there. Dirty politics played by the Directors themselves. No good employee will stay, survive or grow in this organization. Pathetic experience.

Over all a good experience as Management doesnot interfere in day to day matters. Employees are given their KRAs and they have to perform accordingly. Monthly review of actual performance is made and candidate is guided accordingly.

Mewar hospital gave me such a great opportunity to learn n development of my carrier, the environment of hospital never feel me demotivated. I love the fact that I am part of a team of this hospital and I always ready to take more opportunities which I can prove it better. Thanks mewar group.
