Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Likes

Never Model is one of the highly rated school within it vicinity of location. Provision of job security as been their number one target to ensure safety of every staff. I love that.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike about the school is in the aspect of extra moral classes I do always organized for my students. The principal do always pity me all the time for not having much time for myself as a result of trying to see how to create special time for my students after official working hours.
