Salary in India sucks a lot ! Lot of politics in project allocation. Indian team in Data Science dont get to work on complex ML only MMM marketing mix No other projects for Indian teams

1. There is a hell lot of favoritism . If u r good with manager in data engineering domain. Then bingo the manager is really immature I saw people in his team got promoted even they used to take leaves from associate data engineer to lead. 2. Folks who used to work hard have to resign because of this bad politics within company. As they wre not kinda boot licker of manager. 3. Director of data engineering he doesn't care about ur hard work. Even if u die working for them. 4. There is team which do support work. Working in the team is nightmare. Worst manager anyone can ever get.

The only thing good about Metyis is work from home.

Dislikes

Their work culture is very very bad. They have started doing silent layoffs and too much corporate politics. They will save the person who is on bench for almost a year but will layoff a person who worked very hard and the mistake he did was to ask for promotion. Directors and Managers will team up and no one will help on anything

Initialy it was god company to work with . with work life balance and supportive team and leads and good growth in respect to skills

Lot of micro management. Short on resources. Resources are burned by working on multiple projects . too many leads in a project compared to developers

Not much, the work culture is sick. The hiring is not transparent, the workflow is not streamlined, the structure is top heavy, almost like a family business, no perks, no balance on work and life. No growth plan. Extremely task oriented and no big picture

Dislikes

There’s not much to like to be very honest with you. I don’t pretty much like anything. May be other than the fact that they some nice people working there, it’s quite rare but I can’t really think of anything
