Turing Softwares is a captive unit of Mettler Toledo, a world renowned company. No growth or job security beyond a certain point. They deliberately recruit fake experienced candidates from letter pad companies. Candidates from good companies are rejected citing attitude reasons. After billing the employees for 5 years, they send them out of company by some cheap politics. By this way they made sure the control of Turing Softwares doesn't go to Mettler Toledo. Job security only for core management team not for others. Managers are totally inefficient and incapable because of which they indulge in politics for their survival.

Work from home... salary given on time...bus facility. Each Saturday off.

Dislikes

Too much politics. No job security. Only Bootlickers and credit takers would survive and get promotion. Terrible work culture,especially in Supply Chain dept. Worst and psycho managers, also some managers don't have knowledge. Using abusive language. No scope for introvert and hard working employee. Company appointing only good looking candidates. (especially female). Top level managers are taking advantage for employees.

Overall it's an employee friendly organisation but for HR professional it's not that good company to work for as they do not respect HR position and compensation is not upto the mark, it's not in line with the kind of work an HR professional has to perform in the organisation

Dislikes

Salary hike was limited, HR professional is been hired on contractual basis and after the completion of contract period also the internal HR heads are not ready to increase the salary of contractual people which eventually leads to exit of contractual hired HR professional.
