Work culture is good but in recent days it is becoming a bit toxic due to exponential increase in work pressure. Job security is there, work life balance was good till 2021 now its average.

Dislikes

Too much clerical job needs to be done by Sales person. Compensation and growth is very limited and below market average. Travel policy below similar MNC's average.

Likes

They provide extensive product and technical training. Salary always on time. Job security is better than many.

Dislikes

1. You will stay in a low life until someone senior adopt you. 2. So much pressure. I am in sales but I have to struggle more to punch in the system. Process is your enemy it only serves seniors. 3. No growth you will get a promotion atleast after 5 years. I had seen people well deserving fulfilling they meet all there so called standards for conservative years still no growth. 4. Do no join this organisation. Hr is for just name. 5. Abusive seniors they will harras you.

Work from home... salary given on time...bus facility. Each Saturday off.

Dislikes

Too much politics. No job security. Only Bootlickers and credit takers would survive and get promotion. Terrible work culture,especially in Supply Chain dept. Worst and psycho managers, also some managers don't have knowledge. Using abusive language. No scope for introvert and hard working employee. Company appointing only good looking candidates. (especially female). Top level managers are taking advantage for employees.

While the open culture and skill development opportunities are great, the compensation could be more competitive to better reflect the effort and dedication put in by the employees.

Overall it's an employee friendly organisation but for HR professional it's not that good company to work for as they do not respect HR position and compensation is not upto the mark, it's not in line with the kind of work an HR professional has to perform in the organisation

Dislikes

Salary hike was limited, HR professional is been hired on contractual basis and after the completion of contract period also the internal HR heads are not ready to increase the salary of contractual people which eventually leads to exit of contractual hired HR professional.
