The work culture is very good. The work-Life balance over here is impressive. Safety is the first priority. Medical facility is also top notch.

... from day 1. One can feel underutilized and can result in low work satisfaction. No good hike in salary and the promotion is also dependent on the person above me. If he gets promoted, then only I have a chance. Office politics is also there but manageable.

No balanced salary structure, no hybrid culture, no 5 days working policy, underdeveloped plant location with minimal top notch emergency facilities.

Management needs to focus on compensation and growth of all Employees. Need to have good review system and should be approachable by the lowest grade employees for any concerns.
