1)No appraisals ..No promotion...for three years from 2019 2) All important decisions are taken by only one person 3) Minimum net worth requirement is 100 years which company struggles to maintain 4) people are just joining and leaving the company 5) In short if you have no better opportunity and you want to park yourself for sometime without any expectation you may survive

Management don't trust employees there's enhance lack of trust factor. Excessive Micro management by management. From last 3 year no increments expect to favourite employees by rentening them with 50% hike and showing unfainess to other employees. HR people is worst in this organization. Don't have manners to talk with employees and simply backstabbing about each and every employee.

Since it's quite early for me to say.. about career growth and opportunities... But as long I have spent time.. I found very good environment, helpful colleague's, and new new things to lern .

It's short time for me to judge anything regarding this.

The office staff is quite good and helpful.

Zero increment No office trips No proper management The lethargic mentality to work with limited products and people Constant comparison with the market leaders when the company is not even having money to rent a proper office premise.

Ms. Latika Kundu has been an industry stalwart who has managed to bring some stability in the organization. Mr. Saket Bhansali is one of the key personnel of the company under whom the 'change management' is being noticed.

Dislikes

The deeds of past haunt in present. However these challenges are being dealt in an effective manner.
