I don’t know about other branch but if you look to Richmond circle central lab branch work environment is very good. Basically in a diagnostic field I didn’t seen like that good understanding manager.

Dislikes

Salary low, no bonus in major Indian festivals not even halfday work. Only comp off given no overtime pay and for long leave u have to convince too much.

No recognition, no appraisals, partiality, politics, long duration shift hours, high salary to incompetent or person with zero knowledge and less skill and comparatively significantly less pay to deserving, seniority according to who joined first and not who deserves, manager blackmails and plays mind games forcing people to bend in his ways, unnecessary ego in seniors who have no technical knowledge about the process, forces people to do night shift even if u are not ready , even if u have health issue, even if the shift effects ur cycle and ur health, they don't care, manager, head, and senior people are biased, no special incentives were given even after working hard and round the clock shifts during covid times, canteen is small and coffee machines had cockroaches in it

Salary is low according to work, leave is not enough, there is no use of leave in emergency, Growth is not visible in increment.over time pay is half of the basic salary in Phlebotomist Role.

Great learning environment treat it like internship and never wait in expecting of good and salary move out learn as much as you can explore all departments and leave as soon as you have learned everything and became independent.

Dislikes

Salary is peanuts they make you work like lab rat and expect a lot comparing to renumeration they offer. Being market leader in technology and losers in offering renumeration to employees

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
